Directions

  • Preheat oven to 140°C.
  • Generously rub Dino ribs in Olive oil and season with your favourite braai spice.
  • Pour beef stock in roasting dish to ensure Dino ribs stay moist.
  • Place in a roasting dish and cover with foil, roast for 2-2.5 hours.
  • Remove foil and place under grill for 5 minutes or until fat is crispy.
  • Serve immediately.
