Directions

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy, adding in the sugar right at the end to caramelise it, and then let it cool.
  2. Once bacon is cooled, combine all the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl until fully incorporated, and then add the bacon.
  3. Once well incorporated, you can either use as-is or roll into a log by wrapping in plastic wrap, and forming into the shape that you want.
  4. Place in fridge for 1-2 hours to harden up into the desired shape.
  5. Serve with french loaf or any other fresh bread.

  • 2 TBSP Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 TSP Cinnamon
